What a week! Not only did the Fed refuse to push back against the easing of financial conditions, but the market interpreted the FOMC Press Conference as guidance for further loosening. We can debate whether or not that was intentional, but this week’s wrap-up is hopefully helpful in understanding the dramatic pricing changes that have occurred.
