Japan to abandon YCC this month?

Let’s start with Japan.

Earlier in the month, the Japanese Yen was one of the stronger currencies. There were rumours that the Bank of Japan would abandon their YCC (yield curve control) at the upcoming meeting. The Yen rallied from 145 to 137.50 in a week and a half.
